Lost Property Policy

Our establishment is not responsible for items left in public or common areas, nor for items left inside the accommodation after check-out.

Lost or forgotten items are kept at the establishment for a period of 4 months with a reference to the departure date, so that the guest may reclaim them. Once this period has elapsed, the guest shall have no right to any claim.

Since our establishment is located in a village without a post office, NO shipments of any kind will be made. Items may be collected either in person or via a courier service (after prior coordination with the manager) at the establishment itself.
